Faster quotes, even when every client writes theirs differently.

The challenge
Every bill of quantities arrives based on a different price book from the company's own. Translating it, item by item, into the internal price list fell to an experienced person, and some requests for quotation went unanswered.
The solution
An AI agent looks up each line in the price list, by meaning and by exact code, suggests the matching item and explains why. The operator confirms or corrects it, corrections are suggested again next time, and the quote goes back into the Excel file the company already uses, formulas and all.
The result
In use since June 2026. According to the company, a quote that used to take about 10 working days now takes 2.

Who's behind Micha Marketing.

I'm Michaela Beccari, and this is how I got here.
