Services

From idea to a system that works every day.

You can have us build agents and automation, work alongside your team for a few days or a few weeks, or develop the skills of the people who work with you. In all three cases, what we build stays with your business, and the people using it learn to run it without depending on us.

Tailor-made AI agents and automation.

AI agents where reasoning is needed, automation where rules will do.

What they are

An automation repeats the same steps every time: an invoice comes in and it records it; a deadline approaches and it sends a reminder. An AI agent goes further. It reads a request however it's worded, works out what's needed, finds the answer and chooses the next step, within limits you set.

An agent that knows your company

Unlike a generic assistant, the agent is set up on your documents, your rules and your products: it answers with your company's information, not stock phrases that could come from anyone. When a question goes beyond what it knows, or a decision is needed, it passes the request to a person with the details already gathered.

Agents and automation connect to your company's systems and the files you already use, and wherever there's a decision to make, the final say stays with your people.

Some examples Illustrative examples

AI agent · Customer service

The agent that answers your customers

It handles everyday questions on its own, at any hour, with the information and rules you've given it. But it recognises when a request matters more, and then it doesn't improvise: it gathers the details needed and passes it straight to the right person. Important customers aren't left queuing behind an automated reply.

Example: a window and door company. The agent answers questions about window warranties; when a property manager writes that 48 windows need replacing in a block of flats, the request goes to the sales manager with the address and contact details already gathered. A person prepares the quote.

AI agent · Technical support

The agent that knows your manuals

Every time a customer calls about an alarm your most experienced technician knows by heart, that technician stops their own work to answer. The agent answers instead: it searches the manuals and documentation you've given it and shows the page behind every answer. If the problem persists, it opens a service request with the model, alarm code and checks already done. Your technician gets a case that's already set up, not a phone call to start again from scratch.

Example: a packaging machinery manufacturer. A person makes the diagnosis.

Automation · Administration

Payment reminders

Every day it checks your company's system for overdue invoices and prepares reminders according to the criteria you've set. Whoever looks after the accounts reviews and approves them before they go out.

Expert days for your AI projects.

Process and AI specialists, by the day.

With a fixed-price project, everything that needs doing is agreed at the start. With expert days, it's the time that's agreed: we work on your project by the day or in packages, from two days to several weeks, and we spend those days where they count most, shifting priorities along the way if needed.

We can work on site, remotely or a mix of both: we decide based on what you need.

What we work on during those days

  • tailor-made AI agents;
  • automating documents, quotes and reports;
  • connections to the systems you already use;
  • a knowledge base of your documents that you can query with AI.

We document every step, and what we build stays yours.

Taking someone on, or expert days

Taking someone on

  • Recruitment, selection and onboarding all take time before anyone starts.
  • The salary keeps running even when there are no projects.
  • It's hard to find AI skills and experience in administration, HR and management accounting in one person.
  • What they know stays in one person's head.

Expert days

  • We start from a concrete problem and a clear scope.
  • You pay for the time you use.
  • Both skill sets in one place: almost twenty years in administration, bookkeeping, HR and management accounting, plus designing and building AI agents and automation today.
  • We put every piece of work in writing, and it stays with your business.

We handle every project personally and bring in trusted professionals when needed.

AI training for the people who work with you.

A tool is only as good as the person using it.

There are two kinds of training, with different aims: one teaches people to use AI independently, the other supports those who'll use what we build.

Using AI in everyday work

Together with a specialist partner we run courses on using Claude in day-to-day work and on building the small automations an office needs, without outside help. There are on-site courses with your team, live online courses, and recorded courses to follow whenever suits you.

Every course begins with a baseline test of where participants are now: how they already use AI, for which tasks, where they get stuck. On site and live online, lessons are built around the answers; for the recorded courses, the test points to the best one to start with.

Every programme is tailored: format, length and content are agreed together, around your business. On-site courses are taught in Italian; recorded courses can be translated.

Learning to use what we build

For us this training is part of the method, not an extra. When we hand over agents or automation, we work alongside the people who'll use them until they can run them alone, and we leave two guides: one for everyday use, the other for whoever will administer them. That way, what we've built doesn't depend on us, or on any one person in your company.

After handover: maintenance.

You pay once for what we build. Maintenance is an optional monthly subscription, available on everything we deliver.

Why we always recommend it

Optional doesn't mean unnecessary: for us the subscription is essential. An AI system isn't finished on the day it's handed over. Models and connected software change all the time, and a tool nobody looks after stops just when the company has come to rely on it. With the subscription, agents and automation stay up to date and reliable over time; with Ultra they also get improvements and new features.

Standard

Everything keeps working as it did on day one.

  • monitoring performance and errors;
  • updates to AI models and connected software;
  • fixing faults;
  • a regular report, monthly or quarterly depending on the case;
  • issues picked up within 3 working days.

Ultra

Your tools keep working and grow with your business.

  • everything included in Standard;
  • issues picked up within 2 working days;
  • 10 hours a month for improvements and new features.

Frequently asked questions.

Where do we start if I don't yet know what to automate?

We start from the task that costs your business the most time today, even if you haven't got a solution in mind yet. You tell us about it in the free consultation and we tell you frankly whether it's worth automating. It often pays to start with a small step that delivers results quickly: you see it working on real tasks and decide the rest with something concrete in front of you.

Do I have to change the software we already use?

No. We build agents and automation on your company's systems and the files you already use. The Quote Builder, for example, returns the quote in the Excel cost file the company used before, with its formulas intact.

Who makes the decisions: AI or people?

Decisions that matter always go through a person. AI agents work within limits you set and, when a decision is needed, pass the request to your team with the details already gathered. In the Quote Builder, every item the agent suggests has to be confirmed or corrected by the operator.

Will my team be able to use what you build?

Yes, because support is part of the method, not an extra. When we hand over agents or automation, we work alongside the people who'll use them, on real cases, until they can run them on their own. We also leave two guides: one for everyday use, the other for whoever will administer them.

What does my company keep at the end of the project?

Everything. What we build is installed on your company's systems, and the code, data, access and documentation are yours. Every step is documented. If one day you want to hand management to someone else, inside or outside the company, they'll find what they need to get started.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the project. Ready-made solutions, such as the Deadline Tracker and Gomez, are installed in 48 hours. Tailor-made projects are scoped after the analysis, based on what your business needs. If you have lots to do, there are expert days: you buy a package of days and we use them where they count most, shifting priorities along the way if needed.

What happens after handover?

After handover you can switch on maintenance, an optional monthly subscription available on everything we deliver. The Standard level keeps everything working as it did on day one: checks, updates to AI models and connected software, fixes, a regular report and issues picked up within 3 working days. The Ultra level adds pick-up within 2 working days and 10 hours a month for improvements and new features.

How is a project paid for?

You pay once for a tailor-made project. Maintenance is optional: it's a monthly subscription, available on everything we deliver. Expert days are paid by the day or in packages. Your proposal also includes an estimate of third-party costs, such as AI models, so you know from the start what it costs to keep everything running.

Does the AI Act apply to my business?

It depends on which AI tools your business uses and how it uses them: it has to be assessed case by case, by someone who handles these obligations. We don't deal with the legal side, AI Act included: that's why we work with a specialist firm we can introduce you to. The choice is yours, and you're free to go to whoever you prefer.

Got an idea already? Good. Haven't got one? That's fine too.

If you have, tell us about it in the form. If not, describe the task that takes up most of your time today. In the free consultation we'll talk it through and tell you frankly whether it's worth doing and where to start.
